Namaste Yoga of Kensington, Brooklyn has welcomed it's first Yoga Studio into the Neighborhood. Namaste Yoga is Kensington's latest addition inclusive to the likes of Ditmas Park, East Flatbush, Prospect Park, and Midwood Communities. Our eclectic studio offers a unique philosophy by welcoming Kensingtonians of all ages, ladies, gents, seniors, pre/post natal mommies as well as little yogi's, the opportunity to revive, renew, and refresh their Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul. We are also offering a single free trial class, (First Timer Special Only Buy 4, Get 1 Free) choose from Yoga, Belly Dance, Mat Pilates, ZUMBA, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal, Tai-Chi, Chi Kung classes.

About Us

Namaste (pronounced (nuhm-uh-stey) which means "The spirit in me greets the spirit in you") Yoga of Kensington was founded by former Corporate Executive Wilhyn Larsen. With her extensive artistic background and twenty years of experience in the arts. Wilhyn has lived in Kensington for well over a decade watching Kensington blossom to new heights. She has now branched out into an entrepreneurial venture in order to benefit her community.
