Power Vinyasa: Lively, energetic, flowing class synchronizing breath with movement. Power Yoga is a vigorous, strength-building, flexibility-enhancing form of vinyasa (flow) yoga, with emphasis on the principle of adaptation and linking breath to movement. Tone your core. Cleanse the body and calm the mind. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work (pranayama). Wherever you are on your path, this class has something for you; the class offers modifications and direction for those new to the practice, and more advanced variations for the seasoned yogi.
